Shopping and orders

PRINTPRO3D uses the details you submit to handle enquiries, accounts, delivery and orders. Shopping cart, theme, sign-in and order-request storage support these services. WhatsApp interactions are handled by WhatsApp when you choose to open it.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 and our store visitor statistics measure page visits, product interactions, search categories and order activity. Google processes device, browser and approximate location information and uses analytics cookies. Processing may take place outside Sri Lanka. Advertising consent and Google signals are disabled. We do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, account details or WhatsApp messages to Google Analytics. Search reporting uses matched catalogue codes or “other”, rather than your typed text.

Your choices

Optional analytics are off by default. Accept or reject using the privacy banner, and change your choice at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. We remember your choice for 180 days and respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Withdrawal stops future collection and clears this browser’s analytics cookies and pending analytics records; it does not delete data already processed by Google. Pending order analytics expire after 30 days. Completed transaction markers prevent duplicate reporting in this browser while consent remains active.
